L’Orée du Bois’ is originally a dress designed by Jacques Fath for Rita Hayworth’s wedding trousseau. For the perfumer Luca Maffei, the gold color symbolizes this sensual actress and therefore, he created a unique Gold accord (Cumin, Saffron, Cinnamon). L’Orée du Bois evokes a sensation of plenitude that one feels once entering the woods carried by different senses. The Mimosa flower, dry Broom and rich Orange blossom Absolute form a warm heart mixed with a surprisingly spicy Gold accord, Honey and Cashmeran notes.
