We started Muudi because we were tired of standing in supplement aisles feeling confused. Too many supplements promise everything — better immunity, brighter mood, instant calm — yet the formulas often don’t deliver. Some contain only a fraction of the doses used in research. Others look affordable, until you realise they contain far less active ingredients.

Mood enhancers are often packed with trendy ingredients, unclear quantities, and little reason for why they’re there. On top of that, they’re expensive.

We knew there had to be a better way.
