After cleansing the skin, pat dry. Apply a thin layer of the product to the entire face with the spoon provided. Do not contaminate product with fingers. Begin the massage process to allow the micordermabrasion particles to slough off dead skin cells and pathogens first. Once completed, allow the mask to remain upon the skin to allow the peeling enzymes and other actives to perform their function. Once a tingling sensation is experienced – rinse off and follow with serums. As one gets more accustomed to the treatment, a longer duration of leaving the product upon the skin is acceptable before rinsing. Use twice a week. PM.
